Attention Exhibit Projects: Please make sure the link to your slides is on your Process Paper / Google Doc page. Second, please change the permission on your Google Slides so that it is available for editing by the judges. This will allow the judges to zoom in for your photos. Here is the visual guide about how to set your permissions.
Attention Performance Projects: You should have added the YouTube link to your process paper/Google Doc so judges can click on that to view your performance. Let Mr. Darrow know if you need help with this.
Your Interview: Your interview will take place via your computer or phone. You must log in via your computer or call in with a phone to participate in your interview (think of this like walking into a classroom except you are doing it online). The schedule below has 6 different rooms - each room is a "virtual room" where interviews will take place.
First, you will need to find the time of your interview by clicking on the schedule below.
Second, on Saturday you will need to click on the link below (where it says "link and phone number") to join via computer OR call the phone number to join at your interview time (You will be "walking into" a virtual room for your interview).
Please be on time for your interview. If you're in a group, you can all be together in one place or you be in different places.
